The research design is not experimental cut-transactional. ABSTRACT This paper aims to quantify the participation of the main reasons, represented by indicators such as the needs, desires, interests, goals and expectations that have workers in an organization, and how they affect these indicators in the actions of employees.
In addition, electronic procurement is still growing and changing. The reasons for implementing e procurement systems all boil down to one critical metric: ROI. In contrast, the interest indicator that characterizes the extrinsic motivation of employees, is represented in turn by wages indicator as the most important in worker satisfaction.
The target population was the heads of procurement departments and two employees drawn from each of the three f'i companies. These include automation of internal ordering processes, online catalogs from approved vendors, and an electronic Request for Proposal e-RFP process that leverages online auctions e-auctions to accumulate bids on providing goods and services for a specific project.
For leaders in organizations, it is critical to prepare both internal customers and actively communicate with vendors to ensure they are on-board with the program.
Qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. Instead, it is a comprehensive integrated IT network that encourages purchasing discipline and leverages group buying power for all procurement responsible people in an organization.
The result is that the need indicator characterizes the intrinsic motivation type most prevalent in employees, this intrinsic motivation at work in this population is represented by the professional development and job stability.
